At AC Integration and Healing, our mission is to foster spiritual healing and integration within individuals and communities. We believe in the inherent potential for healing and transformation that resides within each person. Through experiential learning, transformative practices, and compassionate support, we guide individuals in accessing their inner resources, reclaiming their wholeness, and living authentically. We are committed to providing accessible and inclusive opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

We carry out that mission through four ongoing activities: community healing gatherings where participants are guided through releasing stress and grief; workshops and seminars teaching practical techniques for spiritual healing, integration, and holistic wellness; guided meditation and transmutation practices using visualization, sound, and prayer; and compassionate one-on-one support for people navigating grief, illness, loneliness, or a difficult season. Every offering is free of any requirement of belief and open to people of all backgrounds.
